All Aboard! What could be more exciting than having a southern BBQ dinner aboard the Memphis Showboat, under the stars, with the city lights in the background while you dance the night away? Enjoy music from the 60s from The New 30 band! Note: The boat will not cruise the mighty Mississippi but will remain docked at the new Memphis Beale Street Landing.

This special event is when Golden Graduates, from the classes of 1963 of all colleges, will receive their medallions, 50-year pins and certificates.

Join us for an enchanting night at The Pink Palace Museum! Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks and watch “Fun in Acapulco” starring Elvis Presley on the big screen. You can also watch history come to life as you stroll through the fascinating exhibits on display.

Reservation deadline: Sept. 4, 2013
Single/Double rate: $189/night + tax Triple/Quad rate: $209/night + tax
Room Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 71 hours of the arrival date or the guest fails to check in on the arrival date, the credit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax or the deposit will be forfeited.
The Peabody hotel check-in time begins at 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Parking: Valet parking is $26 and self-parking is $18 for overnight guests.
Shuttle main pick-up/return location: The Peabody Hotel – Union Ave. side.
The Doubletree Hotel
Reservation deadline: Sept. 4, 2013
Single/Double rate: $125/night + tax
Room Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
The Doubletree hotel check-in begins at 3 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Parking: Guest valet parking is available for $22 per day.
