UTHSCAlumni.com is the online home for graduates of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. This community, which launched in June 2011, is available for you to keep in touch with fellow alums, register for reunions, submit class notes and learn the benefits available to you as members of the University of Tennessee Alumni Association family.
Who can register?
Anyone who graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center may register at UTHSCAlumni.com. It only takes a few minutes.
How to register with UTHSCAlumni.com?
Click here to go directly to the registration page. Or from the UTHSCAlumni.com homepage, hover your mouse over the "Keep In Touch" heading and click on "Join Online Community." From there, follow these simple steps:
Search for your name — Enter your first and last name, and click "Find." If you have a common name, multiple results may be returned. Simply locate your graduation year and major, select your name and click "Next." You will then be asked to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number. If the system can't verify the last four digits, please contact utaa@tennessee.edu for assistance.
Update Your Info — Enter your up-to-date contact information. Please make special note of your "primary" email address -- this is the address you must use to login to UTHSCAlumni.com in the future.
After registering you can add spouse and family information, business contact info, volunteer to be a mentor, list school activities and honors, and manage your UT subscriptions so you get emails only on subjects in which you are interested. As you fill out the information for each tab, click "next" so that your information is saved.
Stay Connected — Once you've created your profile, find former classmates, share news about your life and register for reunions and alumni weekends. You can connect directly with other alums by searching the directory. All of your personal information will remain private, though someone could contact you via a direct message. Help make the UTHSC alumni community vibrant and engaging!
How to register for a reunion event or alumni weekend?
With the transition to UTHSCAlumni.com, the alumni office is offering online registration for all alumni weekends and reunions. This process is simple once you've created your alumni profile.
Register on UTHSCAlumni.com — If you haven't created your alumni profile, do that first by clicking here and following the steps in the How To Register section above.
Login to UTHSCAlumni.com — From the UTHSCAlumni.com homepage, enter your email address and password in the spaces indicated on the right side of the page. Logging in does not register for you an event, but simply accesses your alumni profile. You may also login by clicking here.
Register for your event — Find the event to which you would like to register by checking out the Events section on the homepage or by clicking a direct link you received in an email from the UTHSC Alumni Office. Since you have already registered with UTHSCAlumni.com and have logged in, the registration form will be partially completed! Your name and home contact information will be pre-filled, saving you time. Simply fill out any remaining fields and enter payment information if needed -- now you are registered! You will receive a confirmation email.
